Designed to combine performance and mobility, our technology relies on a high-density EPS core vacuum-laminated with an ultra-resistant epoxy resin and fibreglass reinforcement patches.

This process guarantees the rigidity of a traditional composite while allowing for total modularity. To ensure perfect consistency during assembly, the width and thickness remain rigorously constant across the entire junction area. Once the board is secured by its locking pins, the injected nylon connectors preserve the original flex and rocker for a smooth and precise ride.

Newave is the story of Ewen and Hadrien, two surfers accustomed to surf trips around the world. As they travelled, a reality became clear: transporting a surfboard by train or plane had become prohibitively expensive, stressful, and inconvenient.
